The SPA VIP Membership at Lakes Luxury Spa is designed to reward our most loyal guests with exclusive savings and flexible monthly spa credit. Members receive $110 per month in Spa Wallet credit, 10% off all spa services and retail products, and access to member-only perks and promotions when available. Membership is billed monthly at $110 with a 6-month minimum commitment and continues month-to-month thereafter unless canceled with at least 7 days written notice. Spa Wallet credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may be used toward any service or retail purchase at Lakes Luxury Spa. All standard spa policies apply, including cancellation and no-show policies. A valid credit card is required to maintain membership, and Lakes Luxury Spa reserves the right to modify membership terms, benefits, or pricing with advance notice.

Membership Overview

The SPA VIP Membership at Lakes Luxury Spa is designed to reward our most loyal guests with exclusive savings and flexible monthly spa credit.

By enrolling in this membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Benefits

As a VIP Wellness Member, you receive:

  • $110 per month added to your Spa Wallet
  • 10% off all spa services
  • 10% off all retail products
  • Access to member-only perks and promotions (when offered)

Your Spa Wallet credit may be used toward any service or retail purchase at Lakes Luxury Spa.

Monthly Billing

  • Membership fee: $110 per month
  • Your card will be automatically billed each month on the same day you enroll.
  • The $110 credit is added to your Spa Wallet each billing cycle.

Commitment Term

  • A minimum commitment of 6 months is required.
  • Early cancellation before the 6-month term is completed is not permitted.
  • After the initial 6-month commitment, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.

Cancellation Policy

  • After the 6-month minimum term, you may cancel at any time with at least 7 days written notice before your next billing date.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or in writing to Lakes Luxury Spa.
  • No refunds will be issued for past or current billing cycles.

Spa Wallet Credit Terms

  • Your monthly $110 credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
  • Credit may only be used for services or retail at Lakes Luxury Spa.
  • Spa Wallet balances may not be redeemed for cash.
  • Lakes Luxury Spa reserves the right to limit credit rollover (if applicable).

Discount Terms

  • The 10% member discount applies to:
  • All spa services
  • All retail products
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, specials, or packages unless otherwise stated.

Appointment Policies

  • All standard spa policies apply, including cancellation and no-show policies.
  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited service value or account charges per spa policy.

Payment & Account Terms

  • A valid credit card is required to keep the membership active.
  • If a payment fails, the membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.

Changes to Membership

Lakes Luxury Spa reserves the right to update or modify membership terms, benefits, or pricing with advance notice.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the VIP Wellness Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms listed above.
