Welcome all. I am Carly B, a proud Doula. My mission is to be your biggest advocate and biggest supporter during this chapter of your life. I am a mother myself and I have been on my own holistic journey for the past five years. I have tapped into my strongest healing abilities during this journey. Not only am I a Doula, but I am also a LMT, Reiki practitioner, prenatal yoga instructor and hypnobirthing coach. Empowerment Package- Hospital or Homebirth
The ultimate hospital, homebirth, free birth journey for yourself and support circle. This package is wonderful for first-time and experienced mothers/partners.
Everyone’s vision of birth is completely different. During our initial intake I will discuss many different topics with you for your pregnancy, birthing plan and outcome of your labor and delivery. This package includes four prenatal visits with me. During your prenatal visits we will go over a supply list, birth support roles, overall pregnancy and any questions or concerns you would like to discuss. We will also touch on many different topics in each of the four prenatal sessions that are not listed in this description. One 60-minute prenatal Reiki sessions or one 60-minute prenatal massage sessions are also included in this price. This package also includes the deluxe motherhood blessing ceremony, and breastfeeding support. I am also on call for you from 34 weeks until you deliver, 24 hours a day just in case you happen to go into spontaneous labor.
Also includes: The deluxe motherhood blessing ceremony includes:
Birthing flags, birth affirmation card for hypnobirthing, belly blessing with henna, essential oils, protection stones, The Riverstone ceremony, belly casting, Family blessing bracelets for support circle to wear during your labor and delivery, and the candle lit welcome to motherhood ceremony.
The birthday ceremony is a wonderful way to prepare mom to go into her labor and delivery with positive intent and protection from all of the ones around her. You are welcome to invite as many people from your support group to this event event (your children are welcome as well since they will most likely be at the birth). This event will be held in your home while we prepare to welcome your bundle of joy earth side.
This package includes my services for over 24+ hours. This package is recommended for all. I have some wonderful resources for certified nurse midwives located throughout Mount Washington Valley that I will happily recommend to you for your home birth. I always prefer a Midwife be present for the home birth. If your wish is to free birth, I will also respect that option. Your pregnancy, labor, and delivery is meant to be how you wish and I will always be your biggest advocate. So, whatever you choose I will happily support you with my birthing support services / provide you with many wonderful local resources.

Birth Photography
60 enhanced or raw photos from your labor and delivery sent to you digitally. I will arrive to the birth place with you to capture these sacred moments.
Hiring a photographer for your birth allows your partner to be completely present with you throughout labor and delivery, and especially in those precious bonding moments after birth.
